Returns Policy

All Things Printed take great care ensuring that all our orders meet our customer satisfaction. Only quality garments and materials are used when customising your order.

On each order, customers are required to ensure that the information they input or supply is correct. When ordering online via our Online Designer, you / the customer, confirmed all details were correct by ticking the confirmation box. Therefore returns will be rejected if:

  • Incorrect quantity was ordered
  • Incorrect garment, size of garment or colour of garment was ordered
  • An error was made in your typing
  • The image uploaded was incorrect
  • The image or logo uploaded was of too low a quality
  • There was a layout error

Whilst great care is taken with each order, errors can occur.  Should All Things Printed be responsible for a mistake in any item listed above, All Things Printed will reproduce your order or offer a full refund.

In addition, should there be issues involving the printing or embroidery process, or of the garment is faulty, All Things Printed will be happy to discuss a return with you.

Please note, no return will be accepted without following these steps.

  • All Things Printed are informed of the intended Return with 30 days or receipt of order
  • Obtaining a Returns Ref No. from All Things Printed
  • Completion of a Returns Form where can be downloaded here
